I ordered four cam followers on March 31 2022. The messages received indicated (implied) that the items were in stock. On April 13 I requested information as to the shipping date and approximate date of delivery. The response I received from Harfington was totally ambiguous. It appears as though the items were never in stock and were not in stock two weeks after the original order. I need those cam followers to complete a project for one of our customers and your response was too vague for us to respond to our customer. The items may be perfectly good and will.probably do the job well. It is your customer service that has caused this negative response.
