"Not a scam."

Started first order back in September 2021.
Recieved package November 2021.
One missed delivery but the second was successful and faster than first. I had my doubts along the way but turns out they are forreal. So I decided to write this review for those debating to risk it or not.
Yes I had to authorize a transaction thru my bank that warned me of fraud, no the tracking was not reliable, customer service was very good but I didnt know if I could trust them or if they were just telling me a package is on the way to string me along for the ride... I tracked the reorder very close and it notified me of successful delivery to muncie Indiana (I'm in texas) so I gave up hope. But turns out the package was in my box... and the tracking was glitched. Anyways. For all those who are wondering, yes it's a rollercoaster but also not a scam.

I wasn't paid to write this review, and I am a real person. I know I am the type of person to be super skeptical of fake reviews and whatnot so I'm trying to emphasize this without being suspicious.
The whole covid thing and the shipping issues going on didnt seem to mess with it that much. I think the biggest delay was in customs. Hard to say. I'm trying to think of what I would want to hear when I was doing my home work trying to decide if this was a scam... I'd leave my number if I didnt think people would misuse that info haha. People could text me.

I wish I had something like that when I was ordering. It was nerve racking trying to decide whether or not to chance it being a scam and be ok with losing the money outright.

They fixed everything, very great customer service. It was actually my mistake I was looking at the wrong tracking order. They cleared it up and I now have my product, very happy.

They have reached out very fast and kindly and are correcting the mistake. Makes me feel very good about there customer service. I will change to 5 stars once I receive the package.

When ordering online for somethingike this I am very happy they have people working to make things right

I have screen shots and email confirmation that I typed in the correct shipping address (Midwest area) got an email saying they confirmed delivery in Maryland. I have reached out for them to correct this. No response yet, I'll give them a little more time. But as of right now they haven't refunded or given me an update. I would love to edit this. Was very excited for these.

Surprisingly I happened to find myself dealing with a professional and responsible team who were around to answer the questions and solve any probable issues on delivering the order.
