"Disappointed!!! Aesthepan it is nothing of what they are trying to look like!!!"

I do not recommend this clinic !i will explain to everyone my story and please be aware of this clinic!
At first everyone from the team seems to be very nice and trying to communicate and help but once you leave them country it is a door close,no one cares about you and your help!
I start my journey with Aesthepan on the 5/04/23 when i had my nose surgery.
Three days after the surgery while still in Istanbul I wasn't feeling well and I fainted.
I messaged straight away to Tarkan and i been told it is normal maybe the body it is recovering from anesthesia and it is nothing to worry about it. Afterwards still felt dizzy, on the day my cast was removed Tarkan informed doctor Ibrahim about my situation saying it is normal after a surgery.
I returned back home still feeling very unwell and unable to return to work because of the symptoms so i run to emergency department to find out there i have a nose abscess and the infection spread everywhere.The abscess made a big perforation in my septum and i need another surgery to fix it.
I been on intravenous antibiotics and lots of other tablets and cream for the nose.
I contact Tarkan soon as I found out about it and keept him informed with every single piece of evidence, he just pretend to understand but he never does, he just keep avoiding me or every single time find another excuse
I asked for money back as I believe it is not fair to pay for something i never receive right and healthy, now my nose it is distroyed, my health it is on balance and i am still infected these days These people do not care at all whatever happen to you afterwards.
Plus during my surgery the electricity power went off and a nurse came running and panicking in the waiting room to tell my partner not to worry everything it will be fine.
My partner told me about this after and i was shocked i already mention it to Tarkan twice and he keep avoiding to talk about it.
I am very disappointed and i really do not recommend. They are very nice with you until something bad happen then it is your business they do not care or help at all.
If you care about your health and money try go somewhere else they are heartless people.

Dr.Ibrahim and his team were really kind and they always help in whatever i need and anything am curious about they always answer me , it is my first time undergoing a surgery and thankfully it went very smoothly Dr. Ibrahim explained everything to me before the operation and his work is very clean and beautiful i really loved my nose after it healed .
I am very happy with the results thank you so much .

Bir çok doktora gidip görüşme yaptım görüşmelerimin arasında kusursuz olarak detay anlatabilen , işlemlerin giriş gelişme ve sonuç kısmında herşeyi ile birlikte mükemmel bir doktor .
