Paid my money for an item ‘in stock’ in multiples on the website, not once but twice, only to to receive an email telling me ‘sold out’. Not really good enough, is it, especially when offered a higher priced, bigger alternative - I’ve done my research and know what I need.

I previously gave this company a great 5 star review but sadly can’t on this occasion. With the only means of phone contact being a mobile which is never answered and voicemails which also go unanswered coupled with an online system which takes payments for which they have no stock it would be well to steer clear.
Then received a substitute item which has useless and out of date instructions and can only be programmed using their internet app. Contact with the company - email only - resulted in an assurance the manufacturer would contact me (didn’t) and Oelectrics would ensure things were resolved. Having had an electrician look at it who then got a computer technician both concluded the control unit was faulty I requested to return the item but was basically told it wasn’t their problem. I have now given up
