Sad, Sendwave is now WorldRemit, and their response here is a joke.
They pretend they are doing something, but nothing.
I think those that have given positive responses are ask to do so, or just small transactions. Maybe fake.
Pray you have no issues with them.

This is my second review lately with the Worst Experience ever with WAVE.
I have been long time Sendwave user and in the past had great experience with them. I have even sent good reviews back whey one could talk and work with live people.
Along with schools in Kenya we help underprivileged children in the slums of Nairobi.
I think someone sold out Sendwave. the company to cooperation.
Recently, January 5, they suspended my account. Claiming that it was under review, until they can confirm certain transactions.
We have an organization legally registered in the USA as a 501(c)(3).We have always provided a form 990 to the IRS as required. Which I am sure this is their main concern, with IRS and government agencies. One would think if what we send to IRS is good enough for them, it would be good enough for Sendwave, it has been in past.
I sent a public copy of this along with the explanation of names they questioned and their jobs. All of which work for our schools or organization (2 campuses) we have in Kenya.
In past years, I could talk to a real person with the company and send whatever they required and all was good (Many times a Kenyan who even was aware of our work and areas where we worked). Now I get a computer generated response saying they are reviewing my account.
Since suspension of my account--and maybe that is the issue, it is in my personal name rather than organization but I am the President of said organization, clearly stated in documents-- I have contacted them many times in each way possible.
However, in the past I wasn't dealing with a computer or chat. They now seem to be proud that you can contact them 24-7 via cha. It is just a computer that cannot answer any real questions. It will refer you to live chat agent. If you wait long enough (60-80 minutes) you will chat with someone who will once again say they will help you, but nothing really done. My account has not been suspended almost ONE MONTH now.
We have done payroll in past via Sendwave.
Now this past month I have Wired the money and set up with my accountant via a bank in Kenya. This is the way we will proceed in future.
Sendwave is total JOKE these days.
I find it ironic that they recently raised the amount of daily limits from $3k to $9K and monthly amounts from $30k to $50K. But once you send large amounts that are flagged by computers or such---then your account will be suspended. Amazing in that we were usually sending between $20,000 to $30,000 each month. In addition to Payroll we have expenses associated with running two campuses and construction (To be honest most of construction costs have been done via Wire). My point is that they are losing money. Their profit is simply from the rate difference, but they have had good rates.
I have also waited (Usually in access of 30 mins) to talk to someone from Customer Support. Each time I get someone from a 'Call Center in Philippines or Asia'. I understand they are working cheaper than someone in USA. They read from prepared sheet. When I give them my Case Number, they do put me on hold and look up my account. Then they tell me my Case is under review. I explain that it has been crazy long. They then say they see that, and will send expedite statement to Sendwave Review Team. Still nothing.
This has gone on for a month. I have also sent an email to 'Disputes Dept'. No Reply.
I am not sure that Wave has real people working on site any longer.
Sad. I had been customer for almost 10 YEARS.
My suggestions is to find another way to send money abroad. DON'T USE SENDWAVE.
