Pessima esperienza con questa piattaforma… La prima transazione è andata a buon fine senza nessun intoppo, in modo celere e semplice. Tutte le transazioni effettuate dopo sono state bloccate e sottoposte a revisione. Ho provato invano per 5 giorni consecutivi a risolvere il problema ma l’assistenza continua a darmi le stesse futili motivazioni ( transazioni soggette a revisione e quindi bloccate). Servizio clienti pessimo, poco collaborativo e per niente preparato. La mia banca ha messo nella whitelist la piattaforma per facilitare le transazioni ma nemmeno così abbiamo risolto il problema.PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!!
