I sent money to my mobile account in Kenya five days ago, and it still hasn’t gone through. Sendwave keeps giving me misleading information. I no longer trust them and have lost faith in their services. I just want this transaction to finalize so I can delete the app. I would advise anyone against using their services. Now, I’m being told that if I cancel the transaction, it will take 10 days to receive a refund.

I have received the worst service with this company. As such, I would not reccomend using this company at all. I've been waiting for an urgent transaction to be processed for over five days! I have followed up several times and noted the urgency in completing the transaction and nothing has been done (atleast no evidence to show that action has been taken!). The only answers I've received are "wait we are working on it" I will not be using this company going forward.

It’s ok to verify identities but it’s not ok to take too much time especially for known people that we send money to on a regular basis. This is ridiculously!
