Une expérience très décevante
Je ne recommande pas Sendwave. J’ai été débité trois fois pour un virement qui n’est même pas parti, ce qui est inadmissible.
De plus, il est impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone pour résoudre le problème. Le chat censé aider les clients est tout aussi inefficace : les agents se permettent de fermer la discussion comme bon leur semble, sans apporter de solution. Service client catastrophique et manque total de professionnalisme. Très déçu.

Be careful with your transfer
I make a transfer on Wednesday and I received email from customer service asking for iD of the receiving which I provided but the transaction never gets to its destination I contacted customer support and asked them to cancel it since they can’t process it and the customer service representative confirmed to me that the transaction was cancelled and they will not debit my account
Unfortunately this morning I noticed that my account was debited and the transaction was not processed to it destination.
Right now I have not received my money in 3 days and the transaction has not been completed and this money was meant for a medical treatment
Am very disappointed and concerned about what is happening
