I frequently send money to the Philippines and my loved ones you receive the money in less than a minute, and in the rare occasions where it does fail, customer service is Great and letting me know that it’s an issue on their end. Sometimes, with some transactions, if it does fail, it takes a day or two to receive the money back into your account. You need to use a debit card and anything else won’t work.
