"Useless!"

Ordered car in January, told would arrive by 20th May. After chasing them for updates it gets later and later each time, with them now saying hopefully 30th August, but can't guarantee it! Terrible service, avoid!

Smooth service, paperwork and delivery.
Responded to all my dumb questions… I’ve not leased a car before…. And kept me well informed of progress.
Bridle were very responsive and helpful throughout.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a car in mind and did a couple of online searches. Bridle came up in the results and I got a competitive price.
What stood out was the great communication and speed of response so I placed my order with them. I was given lots of options and some honest thoughts on the value of certain add-ons and chose a combination that I was happy with.
The car was delayed due to the global shortage of chips but not Bridles fault. Very happy with the communication throughout, I feel looked after and am happy with the car and the price.
Dealt mainly with Duncan and Lyndsey, happy to recommend.

I concur, second car I have had using Duncan Rujas. Due to delays with delivery he arrange a compensation payment from the manufacturer and when the car was delivered he chased the payment for me until the full amount was settled. Highly recommended.

"A company that provides extremely poor customer service…"

A company that provides extremely poor levels of customer service and blames the customer for their own company failings. They never return calIs, make unsubstantiated claims without providing proof and have cost me money I can't afford. I have dealt with far better vehicle leasing companies and would steer well clear of this lot.

Steer clear of these cowboys - as written below. Awful, unprofessional, impolite just down right amature. You will struggle to find more reviews online for these guys as they have rebranded. Be warned.

"Bridle Vehicle Leasing - hugely unprofessional!"

From the start of communications with Bride Vehicle Leasing their representative was unprofessional, abrupt, and clearly had an intense dislike for punctuating emails.
The manner of the representative was often rude, and I was spoken over and cut off whilst on the phone to Bridle, being told that I was 'wrong', despite having a lot of experience in credit checks and most definitely being right (and backed up by the information on Bridle's website itself!).
Upon finding a different, more professional company to lease with (#1 on Trustpilot) and Bridle discovering this, we received an email from them asking me who we were leasing with, and that they had made a 'mix-up' previously. Given it was really no place of Bridle's to know who we were now leasing with, we simply replied to their email saying thanks but we are leasing elsewhere and have already signed a contract. Their response? Asking how much we had paid!!! Given we had just told them that my fiancé had signed a contract, this was no case of trying to 'match' their offer etc - it was simply unprofessional curiosity. I was almost incredulous that this question had been asked - totally unprofessional.

If this is the way that Bridle acts towards potential customers, I can only imagine how they would deal with you once they had your money in their pocket. Avoid if possible. The #1 leasing company on Trustpilot uses the same credit company, so if you get accepted at Bridle they can transfer your credit line across with ease, and you will experience fantastic, friendly and professional customer service for the same price.
