"I haven’t been able to use it"

I haven’t been able to use it. I think the barrel is too long. My gun is a MP Shield 9mm. I think I was sent the barrel for a MP Shield Plus. I need to talk to shipping or ordering department. I think I need to send it back.

"Worst customer service ever"

Had the coolfirebarrel for my glock 45, I used it 3 times in 3 weeks n it fail on me.
Had a hard time contacting the team cause they never answered the phone, recieved a label without instructions , Had to wait extra time to get instructions. .. I did send the barrel n it's been 1 week n they have not contacted me..
Really bad customer service.
The worst thing is they are 4 hours away from. E
