"My CK-CKHKVP9 is not working correctly"
My CK-CKHKVP9 is not working correctly. You will get a few random blowbacks that work as it should, but the rest of the dry fires do not work correctly.
There are no attachments, and the weapon is lubricated sufficiently.
Attempting to use the website to submit an issue results in the support page just hanging after clicking submit. Sending an email directly to the email address provided on the contact us page did not result in a receipt response.
I have uploaded a video and attempted to add the Google drive link, but this site tells me that it does not allow links.

"Great innovation, less than optimal overall function and quality, very poor value for cost"
I purchased the P320 full size barrel in June of 2023. I liked the idea of simulating felt recoil. When the device is working, it works great.
However, I have noticed less than optimal functioning when it comes to troubleshooting and mechanisms associated with the barrel and CO2 adaptor.
1. The cool fire barrel tends to leak more often than I anticipated. I typically have to trouble shoot it after only 200 shots. This includes having to take apart the barrel, fiddling with the gaskets, seals, and striker cap for the firing pin.
2. The CO2 adaptor tends to leak. I also found that maintaining high pressure is essential in the CO2 cartridge. Therefore I am only able to use each cartridge for about 200-300 shots. The CO2 cartridge still has quite a bit of CO2 left, however not enough pressure to fill the Coolfire Barrel
3. I understand the need for consumables, however the rate at which the system goes through them seems to be high. The value to use ratio seems quite low. Cost of consumables is quite high
Overall I really appreciate the customer service and the innovation of the device, however because of the less than optimal performance I don't think it is worth the amount of money that it costs to purchase and use.

"Terrible Experience"
Only part of our order was received and I have not been able to get into contact with anyone to get it fixed. I paid for the tips and the striker assembly and only received the plastic tips. All discolored as well so I'm not sure what's going on, I've never had CoolFire fail me like this before but may be looking into different options.

Such an amazing product. I highly recommend the additional items (ie. Barrel extension) because they add more CO2 usage. My wife trains as well. I even have had my kids use it to start learning. Easy to use
