I contacted G&O to ask their advice about potentially dying it, however, they told me to send it back and they made a new veil in ivory for me which has just arrived! I’m thrilled with the quality of the item and the customer service that I received! 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered a few items from Gigi & Olive for my Bridal party, I soon realised that I didn’t look properly at the turn around time for personalised items and thought the items wouldnt arrive in time. I contacted Gigi & olive straight away to ask if there was anything they could do and they responded so quickly and arranged a rushed order service for me so my items would arrive in time! The customer service was amazing and it seemed like it was no trouble to them even though it must have been quite annoying! I can’t thank them enough for doing that as it meant my Bridesmaids gifts arrived in time and I had the perfect Bridal shower!
