Staff very friendly and helpful. The two harnesses we bought for our rescue Chihuahuas are fantastic, (Ruffwear XXS). They fit so well compared to what we had. It’s a shame they don’t do a colour coordinated lead to go with them that is suitable for a small dog. I bought what was recommended which is a perfect lead for a very small dog, just the colour choices don’t go with the beautiful colour of the harnesses which is a shame. Maybe it’s something the manufacturer should think about if they sell such a small harness. If they bring out the leads in the colour of the harnesses that we bought could you please contact me so I can buy them.

Ordered a dog ramp for my arthritic labrador - came exactly as described light weight easy to use and with a non slip surface. She took to it straight away and I'm so glad she no longer aggravates her condition by having to jump in and out of the car. Great service - kept up-to-date with delivery status .
