Jackie made Logan and shipped him to the United States and he arrived before Christmas! My wife loved him! Jackie sent pictures before shipping. Lake District Bears is second to none!! World class quality and Customer Service. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!! Thank you Jackie!

From the moment I ordered my Teddy, Jackie kept me in touch with the progress. She seems like a really lovey person and BY GOLLY! does she make an amazing bear? Mine arrived beautifully wrapped and with his own certificate of authenticity.
His original name was Frederick but I was able to choose one of my own.
There might have been a tear or two shed when I saw him.
