I give you exercises and work with you to address long term postural compensations that you may have adapted to following the injury or … that may have indeed led to the injury. I also offer Cranio-sacral therapy, which while similar to Cranial Osteopathy is slightly different and is a treatment open to adults. It is great for helping with stress relief and also Headaches.
