Obtener el Vienna pass fue una buena elección porque es más fácil el acceso a los diferentes museos y sitios y si representa un ahorro monetario

Dislikes/Disorganization
1. The Opera stop is chaotic: too many sellers aggressively selling the Hop-On-Hop-Off service to tourists.
2. Confusing service. The advertisement said we can skip lines but at popular museums like Sisi Museum, we still had to line up.
3. Unclear, confusing service. For the river cruise, it wasn’t stated that we had to reserve ONLINE beforehand. Grrrrr.
4. The website should have an automatic ENGLISH translation. Duh! More tourists speak English than German. English is the common language.
5. I’ve seen Hop-on-hop-off bus drivers who didn’t stop at designated stops (Opera), follow bus route, and rudely answer questions by lost tourists. They seem to hate their customers.

"Vienna Pass Vorteile "

Sehr gut das es diesen Pass gibt hab mir 2 geholt einmal 3 Tage und 1 Tagespass konnte somit 2 mal Riesenrad fahren früh und Abends hab somit Geld gespart. Auch die Fastlane ist prima kein Anstehen. Für Schloss Schönbrunn braucht man aber am Ticket Counter ein Zeit Ticket .Mein Tip so Früh wie möglich da sein .Und für 10 Euro kann man die komplette Tour haben ( Nur mit Vienna Pass ) .Mit Audioguide .Werde es wieder kaufen wenn ich in Wien bin.

Es ist schon ein Touristennap! Man kann bei weitem nicht so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen, wie beschrieben wird. Außerdem sind Zuzahlungen notwendig, wie z.B. im Schloss Schönbrunn. Die Bahn ist eine Kinderbahn, für Erwachsene denkbar ungeeignet - viel zu eng. 30 Minuten vor Schließung z.B. Sissi Apartment wird man gehetzt, Hauptsache schnell noch in den Kitschtempel für Souvenirs!
