"Poor service"

Unfortunately, we were not informed properly of the national holiday on May 1st. The busses were delayed and we could not access the bus for the attractions we wanted. We will not use this company again.

The Big Bus company had no issues navigating the day and we will use them the next time in Vienna.

Hop on Hop off bus werkt perfect! (In de spits is metro/tram/trein sneller!) Erg veel bezienswaardigheden gezien, soms met "fast lane", soms met gelijk doorlopen maar ook met "Tijd slot"!
Schönbrunn, Kassa met €10,00 bijbetaling -> Grand tour! (Anders 5 kamers) Vienna Pass online op je mobiel werkt perfect (online = €20 korting!) Maak een screenshot van je QR-code, handig!! €179 betaald...voor €270 gebruikt!!

Personeel was vriendelijk, en overal waar we de pas lieten zien werd ons verteld of, en hoe de pas te gebruiken.

Wenn es etwas zu beanstanden ist, dann dass beim Schloss Schönbrunn nur der kleine involviert Tour ist, der ist ziemlich kein, hier dürfte man mit Aufpreis wählen dürfen.
In der Spanischen Hofreitschule sind nur Stehplätze inbegriffen, auch hier müsste man mit Aufpreis wählen dürfen.

"Très contente du Viennapass"

Très contente du Viennapass, très pratique, nous avons pu effectuer beaucoup de visites, avons évité de faire la queue et avons apprécié les bus touristiques. Vienne est une ville magnifique.
Juste un petit reproche, nous n’avons pu visiter qu’une partie des appartements du château de Schonbrunn. Dommage !
Il faudrait également préciser les réservations à effectuer avec les jours de visite avant le départ pour l’Ecole d’équitation et Opéra par exemple car nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Merci

Great experience with the Vienna pass, because not only it enables entry to so many museums and sights but also it allowed us to skip the lines at our very first spot where otherwise the waiting time was around 2 hours. System integration needs improvement though as we had to change tickets at several spots to gain access.

"Mi è piaciuto il risparmio economico"

Mi è piaciuto il risparmio economico, seppur non eccessivo per una visita della città senza strafare, però andrebbero specificate meglio alcune cose. Per esempio per certe visite, non essendo consentita la prenotazione dell’orario con il Vienna pass, può capitare che ti diano i biglietti per giorno dopo. Spesso sono sempre da ritirare i biglietti e non si entra direttamente. Per quanto riguarda schonbrunn andrebbe specificato che sono comprese solo 5 sale…su 40 di visitabili e andrebbe consigliato subito alla biglietteria di fare l’upgrade del biglietto a pagamento per vedere le altre. Altrimenti bisogna rifare tutta la coda all’ingresso, sempre con il rischio che la disponibilità per quel giorno sia terminata.

El camión es extremadamente lento, el personal poco amable y lejos de aclarar dudas se notaba que ni ellos estaban muy seguros de la información que daban, si representa un ahorro por el costo de los museos, pero no ayuda para traslados, tampoco me gustó que dijera que era por dos días y al llegar te aclaraban que como fuera, al día siguiente a las 12 am se acababa
