"Vienna Pass Deceptive Advertising"

Please do not fall for the “whatever hour/s” period that is advertised. The truth is the Vienna Pass only cover from calendar day to calendar day 00:00am to 23:59pm (midnight to midnight). You have to read the details of the Pass.

The kind staff at the Schönbrunn Palace was nice enough to explain to me why my “24 hour” Vienna Passes were no longer valid. They also have the same frustration with the way Vienna Pass advertises its passes because to be honest, who would go to a museum at 12 midnight?

Everyone please read the fine print. The Vienna Pass only covers full calendar days from midnight to midnight; not from whatever hour you first use the Pass.

Spitze wir haben den 7 Tagespass gewählt. Hätten wir alles vor Ort bezahlt, wären Kosten von zusätzlichen 333 Euro angefallen. Dazu kommt der fastrack der super funktioniert. Danke

Had to cancel the pass before I had used it. The process was really simple. Received the refund pretty quickly as well.

"Go Schönbrunn Palace a little early before it opens"

I didn't get into Schönbrunn Palace directly with the pass as I needed to wait for the time assigned which was 2 hours later. The instruction was not clear so I did not know I had to wait for 2 hours. Otherwise, it is very good pass.

Wir haben den Pass persönlich im Shop abgeholt, leider war die Dame die uns bedient nicht sehr freundlich. Hat uns das einfach alles ausgehändigt und fertig. Es wäre schön wenn der ÖPNV Wien auch mit inkludiert wäre. Weiterhin ist die Handhabung nicht optimal, mal kann man mit der Karte direkt reingehen ein andermal muss man Sie umtauschen in ein reguläres Ticket. Sehr verwirrend. Bei der Schiffahrt ist eine Rundfahrt in dem Handbuch eingezeichnet, in Wirklichkeit fährt man nur den Kanal rauf und runter, was nicht wirklich sehenswert ist. Auch bei vielen anderen Punkten besteht Optimierungbedarf, was hier den Rahmen sprengen würde.

Met de pas bezoek je veel bezienswaardigheden. Je gaat snel even binnen, ook al is het maar voor een uurtje. Dat doe je niet zo gauw als je telkens 20 euro moet betalen.
