"A rushed experience, lip results are basic"

I was really excited to have my lips done by Alice after reading all of the great reviews.

Surprisingly my experience wasn’t as good. I wasn't asked what my desired look was, instead, I was told it was impossible to replicate someone else's look. This made me feel uncomfortable in sharing what I was looking for.

The procedure was very quick. I was supposed to have a Botox consultation and was rushed out without any mention of it. The whole experience felt rushed.

Despite having 1ml, my lips lacked shape and definition. After paying 550, Alice told me I would have to pay again to have them corrected. Therefore, I would have to pay 1000+ for my lips in total.

I am disappointed as I really thought after extensive research she would exceed expectations. I felt like just a number to her. I would not recommend!

I had lip and chin filler, plus fat freezing under the chin, and couldn’t be happier. The team are all super friendly and informative. The beautiful interior is to die for. A very luxurious experience. Was also given great skincare advice - loving the skin cycles products.

"Nicola was very kind and the treatment has worked"

Nicola was very kind and explained what the procedure involved. The actual laser treatment was a bit uncomfortable but not painful.
Nicola warned me that there may be some marks on my face after the first treatment and these did appear and gradually settle over the following week or so. She also warned me that there might be swelling after the second treatment. I was shocked at how much swelling there was...it was very obvious and uncomfortable for 3 days but then it subsided quite quickly. Now the original blemishes are almost invisible and will probably fade further so I think it was worth it! It is good to be prepared and not to have a full diary immediately after the treatment. Overall I am very grateful for all the help Nicola has given me....thank you!
