Forgot to post this in August 2023 - after a very bad experience with a HomeServe plumber, they made it all right by giving me compensation to hire an unaffiliated plumber to fix the issue. No delay, no argument, great response.

Team in the office are amazing dealt with my situation perfectly, I’ve had a couple follow up calls from them regarding the care for my grandparents and I’ve been very happy to use serve Homecare. I’ve always had updates on the times the carers are turning up and any issues such as lateness have always been sorted from one of the colleagues in the office.
