I shopped around for porceline tiles and I must say the selection held at Royal stones are top notch. The first day I called to royal stones I met Jonathan who was top class to deal with from day one.

Jonathan stuck to his word when he said he was going to do something he did it. Jonathan ordered samples in and extra tiles for me to come in as part of my order which I actually needed in the end.

The final result of my garden is top notch and the tiles bought from royal stones made it. As I said I shopped around in alot of places for porceline tiles and noting compared to the selection held at royal stones.

I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish I found Royale Stones brilliant to deal with. Delivery was quick and easy and Jonathan in the shop was always on hand to help with questions I had. I also needed some extra tiles at short notice and he was really helpful in getting me sorted. I will definitely be using them when I tackle the front of the house.

They put in a lot of work for a small order. Item was very reasonable in comparison to other places and this particular tile is not stocked in a lot of places in Ireland. I do not recommend this company to anyone because they are not serious, they are irresponsible. I ordered tiles from them for the garden, I paid, after which I was told that I would have the tiles in a week. I have the tiles delivered I received a message that the tiles were sent wrongly from the UK then I had to wait another 10 days for them to deliver my order to my home and instead of three pallets of tiles they brought me only one The same situation that happened it happened to me, it also happened a year ago to another acquaintance of mine, so I don't recommend this company, be careful where you order and who you buy from
