I bought a gillet 5 years ago and have worn it since, every day. It's been fantastic, good quality. Decided to buy a new one, looked on Amazon and eBay etc, lots of generic gillet available cheap.

So decided to buy a new one from Ryedale as original was great.

Sadly new one is just a generic Chinese bit of rubbish, quality has gone. I ordered a cheap one on eBay as a spare. Exactly the same....... But 1/3 of the price. I would happily pay more for quality. What is going on..........

My daughter (dog walker) bought these boots at half price-still too expensive for her but she needs them. Got them in December and they have split ankle high in front.... gutted. Not as good as the hype...

DISAPPOINTED that the Hovingham white is no longer available in 2X and 3X sizes, and hope these will reappear asap.
