I only ordered my goods, late on Wednesday afternoon. I didn't order express delivery, just standard. My goods arrived less than 48 hours after ordering. Fantastic service. Updates all the way. Will be looking forward to dealing with Fun Fantastic again...definately!

"Simply the best customer service I have ever had"
I started with a wooden frame and nothing else. The team at Funfantastic could not have been more helpful. From sorting out the liner / all of the connections / heat pump etc.. They went out of their way time and time again to get everything sorted.
Nothing was too much trouble, including taking phone calls from me over the weekend as I DIY the pool.
Great company, buy from them .

"Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic!"
We purchased a pool earlier this year from Funfantastic, we have dug it half in the ground. We did all the ground work ourselves but we did have Adam come out and fit the liner and do all the plumbing. His work was very clean and tidy and made a lovely job. He showed me how to mix the chemicals and how to use the pump systems, nothing was too much trouble.
Jamie in the office has a very good customer service, if I have a question on how to use anything or test the pool water etc, again nothing is too much trouble.
The pool is just lovely and if you buy a pool make sure you also order the heat pump.....brilliant, keeps the pool warm and cheap to run.
I would and have recommended Jamie from Funfantasic to many of my friends and family.

I bought a 4m Plastica pool in June last year - we assembled it ourselves, then had Adam from FunFantastic to fit the liner and the pipework and pump. It all went brilliantly and, as another person said, the pool changed our lives !
This March (2011) we bought an AirRage heat pump which Adam came and fitted and ww were swimming in the pool in early April ,and regularly have it up to 80+ degrees, which is beautiful (and it's still May !!). We just this week got an electricity bill and it was £1 cheaper than the previous (winter) quarter, so seems to make hardly any difference at all. Costs about £1 a day to run I reckon.
FunFantastic have been fantastic (clue is in the name!), any problems I can have they are always happy to help - they sent me a Zodiac T5 robot cleaner to test, which I tried for a couple of months, and I have to say it is brilliant, does a much better job than I could ever do !
So I would thoroughly recommend FunFantastic, with no hesitation.

"Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic Pool"
We bought a wooden Plastica Pool from Fun Fantastic at the beginning of the year and have been extremely pleased with it and their service.
It only took five days to arrive after order and was installed by them a week later in our garden.
The pool is fantastic and has changed our way of life already, this was our first pool, took their advice on what would be the most suitable pool for our family and believe that we purchased the right pool for us, their was a lot of product information on their website that also helped us decide.
Fun Fantastic gave us a free book on how to look after our pool which makes it easy to maintain and was very useful, so far we have had no problems.
We would definitely use them again., thanks.

"After sales lacking"
I recently purchased an inflatable hot tub from Funfantastic. There was a problem with my first attempt at ordering online, this may have been down to a mis-typed credit card number - I don't actually know because there was no feedback as to why the order could not be placed and it would appear that the order doesn't appear on their system unless it is completed. I attempted to place my order again, this time using Paypal, and this succeeded.
In the meantime I called Funfantastic to double check that I wasn't going to be charged for the first order. The phone was eventually answered by somebody who told me that everybody was busy and that they would call me back. Nobody did and an hour later I had to call again.
The items I ordered were delivered when they were promised and there were no problems, despite the boxes looking like they'd been kicked around the floor. I installed the tub and have been using it since with no issues.
My main gripe with Funfantastic is that I sent them a query via e-mail, with just a couple of simple questions. They replied asking me to call them.... I was after something in writing that I could keep for future reference and so asked again. Again they replied asking me to call them. My final e-mail to them asking for a written response remains unanswered. My questions were not complicated (I had a question about water hardness and a question about stabilisers) and there was no reason why an answer couldn't be given by e-mail - unless Funfantastic were unsure what they were talking about and didn't want any evidence of bad advice hanging around!
I do no find this acceptable - my query was not answered by e-mail and I have had to find my answers somewhere else. This was not the level of after sales service I expected and Funfantastic will not be my chosen supplier for additional chemicals etc when I require them.
