I've sent the following to UK LPG Ltd but decided I wanted to share their excellent service with a wider audience.

"Hi. Danny,
Just wanted to say thank you, for sorting out my problem with our LPG Hob, At last it works as it should, it now simmers and doesn’t burn everything in sight. James came to ours last Friday 09/04/21 and after a few calls with the suppliers technical person managed to sort out the control of the gas not sure what the technical terms is really called.

Wanted to say that everyone who I have been in contact with at UKLPG have been great, all the team who came out initially to fit the boiler, Paul and James who made return visits to try and eventually resolved our over exuberant gas flame and to Sue and Stevie for their help on the phones.
As advised before I will certainly recommend you “guys”.

Danny came out and fixed our boiler for us last year and has since done an annual service and will continue using this company as their service is outstanding with their efficiency and customer service. Highly recommend UK LPG, Danny and his team. Thank you guys so much!
