"I've had 2 type 18 kielder chargers…"

I've had 2 type 18 kielder chargers blow up, they were 2 and 3 years old and they wouldn't offer any resolutions to the problem, had to buy another charger to continue using the products. Will be changing brands when the tools give up

I had an issue with batteries not charging, contacted Kielder customer services, a response within a day, and a new charged arrived less than 24hrs later. Absolute top service. Will definitely be purchasing more tools!

I now have a number for their power tools. I can't fault them on bit reliable and effective everytime! On occasion where I do ask a little to much for them, they are very reasonable with the costs of the repairs and very swift with their customer service is spot on! Would recommend them to anyone

I’ve tried more expensive brands and these compare very well. The drill, angle grinder and impact wrench (older version) have never let me down.
