"Expectations exceeded"

The service I have received has surpassed my expectations, a lot of companies I deal with have a 48hr reply timeframe. I always receive an acknowledgement to my query even if it is not a full answer straight away, (which I like as I don't feel the need to chase like I do with other companies), I always receive a reply to my query soon afterwards. The customer service team are helpful, friendly and nothing seems like a chore with them. Thank you for making my job easier.

"Non existent customer service"

Non existent customer service! Been trying to set up an account with Bio Collectors for the last 4 weeks. After a reasonably fast response to our initial website form enquiry, I had to email and chase by phone several times to get our business registered. They repeatedly said they couldn't find our emails, and had no recollection of our new business request.

4 weeks on, we still haven't received an SLA and all emails for the past week have been ignored. Could not trust them with collecting our food waste on time, so sadly would recommend avoiding this company.
