If you ask me what made my experience good about them, I honestly say, they have diverse course categories. You can choose whatever you like. Besides, the customer service is top-notch! Highly recommended!

"The course was ok"

The course was ok. The information in the early parts in particular was presented well and easy to follow. However around halfway through the course the voiceover voice switched and it began covering basic topics again. There was also a lack of practice to go along with the learning and the activities at the end were difficult to do because they seemingly required a worksheet that had already been produced.

I would definitely recommend this course for someone who is very unfamiliar with the basics of Microsoft Office.

Excellent course design, very informative and (unlike some courses I have taken in the past) enjoyable. I will definitely take other courses with Next gen learning in the future.

"Completely misadvertising"

Completely misadvertising, bought and paid for a course, completed the quiz and course with excellent results only to be then told I have to PAY for MY CERTIFICATE!! Ridiculous, would never be asked to pay extra at the end of a conference for your certificate, never seen such a bad company and was all automated voice overs. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"Absolutely ridiculous"

Absolutely ridiculous. Completed a course and never received certificate after. Was told in course description the certificate was free to only find out I was charged. £4.99 for it. Then it says in the email allow up to 24 hours to receive certificate. It’s been 2 days now and they won’t reply to emails or answer the phone. Unprofessional service from start to finish. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Content: i loved how it was straight to the point and not too long/overwhelming. This is good for people that already know agile project management and maybe want a quick refresher....worked for me

I enrolled myself in the Recruitment Consultant Diploma course,which was my first ever course in UK. I wanted a self learning structured introductory lesson about the world of Recruitment in UK to kickstart my career for the same. The course was very well designed,well articulated and expressed in simple words. This course helped me to have a clear introductory understanding of the recruitment world. The charts and the sub dividing of each broad topic into smaller clusters with bullet points are another key feature for new beginners to get a clear understanding of the bigger picture as a whole. I would highly recommend this course to all beginners interested in the Recruitment industry.
