This is a rogue outfit that will object and object to any transfer of Electricity or Gas. They tell you you are free to leave but then object! They are either liars, or one Department doesn't speak to the other. This Company should be drummed out of the Energy Industry. Simples.

"Mislead phone /broadband cost"
Lead to believe from Clearbuisness rep last month that broadband and phone would be £33.99 + vat for home and £35.99 + vat for my workshop invoice for home is £82.40 and £78.94 for the workshop these were made up of line rental of £26.74 + vat and £32.00 + vat
And £21.78 home and £22.68 for an unlimited call package which i said I wouldn't,need at home because I hardly make any calls
Tried to discuss with CB but just get fobbed off .so now looking to take matters further

Awful company stay away from them if you can, We had a contract with Unicom they changed to Clear Business as Ofcom was fining Unicom. Clear business but up our bills asked for contract said it was verbal never sent it through. So we moved to another company to reduce bills. Clear Business was forceful and threatening on the phone about termination fee, they now have sent it a debit collect agency who must have the same staff as clear business as they are the same threatening attitude. Clear Business would not communicate if legal team of new supplier to sort the debt

Took two days of phone calls were no one picked up to get anyone to speak to me. I emailed to no effect and found no one available on the live chat. Obviously my call was not inportant to them. Cancelled my account with them for card payment services as found a far better deal elsewhere. They didnt want my terminal returned as apparently it's so out dated and old fashioned! Why hadn't I been updated automatically, i have no idea...apparently I should have asked. Curt young woman in customer services, and the difficulty getting in touch, just confirmed I'd made the right decision leaving them. I now get funds put straight into my bank istead of waiting 3 working days plus!
