"ZOE from early collections"

I cant speak highly enough of ZOE from early collections.
We've been having some issues and after many calls to CB we were not any closer to a resolution.
That all changed when ZOE picked up the phone.
Courteous, knowledgeable , friendly and understanding.
She went the extra mile , and then some.
Zoe is a real asset to CB and if any of the management team read this I'd encourage a pay rise for her !!!!!

"Absolutely abysmal customer service"

Absolutely abysmal customer service, I stress enough how unsatisfied I've been dealing with this company.
Phones and broadband worked okay, but when there was a problem trying to get through to customer services and have the problem resolved was an absolute nightmare. A small business left without phones or broadband for over week is just not acceptable. Spending hours on the phone trying to get the problem resolved even worse.
Now my contract is due, they give me 5 days notice but want 30 days notice off me to cancel.... I think not.
If I thought that this review would make any difference it would make me happy but I've feeling they'll care as much about this as they did when my phones went off

He is really helpful with all the information and able to answer all the question I was needed. Super patient with amount time I ask him to call back when I was busy.
