We recently used Swiitch for our residential house sale and purchase and were very happy with the service we received. We were in the middle of a chain, selling a freehold whilst buying another. Connor and Lydia at Swiitch kept us up to date and guided us through the conveyancing process, answering our countless questions and pushing for other parties to get their shit together. They were very easy to get hold of by email or over the phone and submitting things online or via email was straightforward. We'd for sure use them again.

Leanne Pearce was in charge of our case. The legal process of the sale of the house took 8 months, which was a very long process. Throughout this time, it was difficult to get updates from Swiitch.

I had to follow up multiple times and didn’t feel that my interests were adequately represented. Communication was kept to an absolute minimum.

At the very least, the process was finally completed in the end.
