Excellent customer services. I was trying to order Bosch Athlet Vacuum Cleaner from their website but couldn't get past the registration process. I called their customer service number and the advisor explained that he would send me a link to click on to help me proceed. After that the process was quite simple. The item was delivered on time and the fact that they offer free shipping on all their products is wonderful. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Bit reluctant to purchase as I'd never heard of Budgetpoint before and they don't have the flashiest website like competitors. However, the price kept nagging me so I bit the bullet. Initial comms were good - UPS were to deliver and I was given tracking. Next day an email arrived saying that Royal Mail would deliver? Parcel turned up though with UPS, only two days after ordering. Fantastic price (same product £261 more expensive at John Lewis) and good service.

Saved myself £50 by buying from Budgetpoint. Quick delivery and, at first glance, everything appears to be OK. Will probably be a few weeks before I can carry out the installation though. I will definitely consider buying from Budgetpoint again. Thank you.
