"long delays wrong paint and bullies."

I ordered some paint via there website. Because of the current situation a 5-10 working day wait was expected, so I planed some work for a customer to this time table.

The paint arrived three working weeks later( ordered on Sunday arrived late Friday afternoon) this delay cost me 4 days of work.

Rather than admit that they are still adapting to a new way of working and they haven’t quite got it right yet, they refuse to accept they have done anything wrong and instead try to guilt the customer for daring to question the delay of the company’s self imposed timeline. They also try to intimidate people by posting their name and address.

My name is Ian Power of YO12 and if anybody would like to pop round for a chat about P4T I’ll be more than happy.

I was going to do an review of the actual paint, but they have sent me the wrong one, delaying the job even further. Emailed them about it, but got nothing back. Got sent the right paint months later, only because I said I would open a despite with Visa.

Stay away from these cowboys.

The primer was ok.

"Slow delivery and no instructions"

Delivery time was excessively slow. Ordered in April and received in June - no instructions provided for mixing the 2-part epoxy paint.

I have had 3 tins of Decking paint and need 1 more tin of the colour I had. I also need 4 more tins of a darker colour but cannot find it on your website. Can someone please call me on 07929001121

"Not a happy bunny"

Ordered decking paint on the 22nd April. Took my money on the 23rd April. I noticed from the reviews someone received their decking paint in 10 working days as promised on the website. 15 working days later still no sign, nor any order confirmation email. I assume when you take someone’s money you dispatch the goods that day.

Big up to Leanne who stepped in and pushed our purchase forward, yes there was a delay, but, in these times this is quite understandable, so people, cut some slack, be patient and polite, this lady certainly is.
On with the project now 👍

"Ordered decking paint"

Ordered decking paint. After using three quarters of a tin the paint became unusable as if full of sand. Couldn’t complete job.
Had paid a lot for this tin.
I emailed the company on two occasions to seek assistance and to inform them and the company ignored my emails .
A simple response would of been nice.

Ordered decking paint and really impressed with finish and the coverage was as stated. Easy to apply and will use in future :)

Delivery was in the 10 working days stated before I ordered. Was nice to see a company being honest about delivery times due to the current circumstances.

"BE CAREFUL ON UPVC"

I ordered paint advertised as "self priming" for UPVC windows. Having applied the paint exactly as directed, the finish was poor. The paint dried very fast leaving it gloopy and with an uneven finish. I decided maybe the claim of "self priming" might be a little bold and tried another area of the window with a primer first. Still the same result. Having contacted the seller, he kept deliberately misinterpreting my explanation and insinuating that my use of primer was the problem and that I had applied the paint wrongly. He chose to ignore that I had only used a primer as a test AFTER the instructed method had failed. I tested the paint in wood and it's fine but BE CAREFUL if you buy this for PVC.

Ordered epoxy resin paint in delphinium blue, used thinners to prime floor and two more coats, fab paint, cracking job, now I hope I can get a small can for touch ups occasionally. Where my darts land on the floor.
