This was the very best vacation that my wife and I have ever taken. We are in our mid 60’s and have been to many wonderful places. However, we have repeatedly discussed how this trip was the vacation of our dreams. I typically do not use any assistance for planning trips, but going on Safari is a different level of travel - I didn't want to mess this up. I found AE at the Travel show in Feb '17, talked with my rep Ellen throughout March & April, and by May was all set for my trip which was a full year out. Ellen was a pleasure to work with, handling all my questions and needs at every turn of the process. Their team is awesome as I went to the office one afternoon and everyone wanted to share experiences so they could best tailor my trip to my desires. I cannot wait for my trip later this Spring!!
