Well I was very panicked at first when my boiler just gave up I worried about being able to bath my daughter and not getting it sorted quickly. But iheat were very quick and efficient with helping me out. They kept me informed right throughout. The engineer was professional and quick and I was happy to give good feedback when I had a call following up after the installation!

BEWARE Don’t trust this company absolutely Rubbish company they will ripe you off - once you agree the quote they will find unnecessary extra work for you to do and charge you extra money just to make them extra profit.

Really impressed by the friendly and professional service from Iheat. There were a few issues with suppliers, but the team at iheat dealt with it really well and went out of their way to make sure our installation went ahead. Really good service and really good price.

iHeat are worthy of six stars. The price point was spot on, the customer service the best I have ever encountered and the engineer appointed did a fantastic job. Incredibly impressed all around, especially with the telephone based customer service - my calls were answered in two rings every time, and always by someone well spoken, cheery and helpful. Would highly recommend

"Hassle free experience "

We just moved home and found the very old boiler wouldn't switch on or light. I done some searches online to get a quote for a combi gas boiler; i found the iheat website to be really good and responsive. After putting through a quote a member of their team called me and answered some questions, a couple of hours later we booked and paid for the new boiler to be fitted. The engineer was due to visit on the Thursday but the boiler hadnt arrived so it was rearranged for Friday. On the day the engineer was great, he needed to return on the Saturday to finish off some electrical work which was fine. Iheat registered the 11 year warranty for me. Overall it's been a brilliant experience, the staff have all been lovely, the price was fantastic and we've got an efficient new boiler! Highly recommend iheat.
