I ordered 3 Disposable Geek Bar Items from this company and right off the bat had a problem with my ID verification (that was not BIG D VAPOR it was the official verify network site or something). The verification website tried to say that my birthday on my ID was somehow incorrect- not sure what happened or why it flagged this (It was my Correct and ONLY ID )

I immediately reached out to BIG D VAPOR through email communications explaining the problem and I was emailed back a response with a quick and easy solution within 4 hours of shooting off my first email to them.

They not only then were able to rectify my ID issue but also shipped my items out to me that same day. BIG D VAPOR even emailed me a shipping confirmation email that included the correct tracking number.

Amazing!

I received my order within the next couple of days easy peasy. So the shipping was super quick and the products I received were correct and as expected~!

This company by far has exceeded my expectations and I had a seamless experience from the second I reached out. I plan on ordering from them again many times as long as they are still in the business and have the stocked items I am looking for! (I'm sure they will - they had a large and favorable selection to choose from!)
