Quickfi has a very easy process. Once you download the app. they handle the entire transaction through the app. It's actually very easy to do. I'm not very "techy" when it comes to smart phones, computers and apps. But Quickfi support team was excellent! Walked me through the process with ease. Big time thank you to Nate and Clark. They were very professional and courteous from the start of deal to even communicating after the deal. Got the approval for the machine we needed very fast and at an excellent rate too. I look forward to doing more business in the future with Quickfi and I do recommend them as a financial partner.

From a dealership perspective, QuickFi kept us up to date on the financing process. We were informed of the credit application, approval, documents and payment submission. As long as the customer is comfortable will the process, it doesn't get any easier.

"Vague and Bulky App...."
I found that the App itself was quite vague regarding the info that was asked. Also, there aren't enough step by step directions for what is needed to be done by the customer. Although the customer service is a huge plus. Nathan Gibbons was EXTREMELY helpful and prompt with any issue I had and that made the experience much better!
