"Very dodgey company- AVOID!"

Very dodgey company. They offered a decent price for a very immaculate iPhone SE. When they recieved it, they decided to deduct approx. 45% owing to its 'poor condition' (£155 to £86). When I asked for proof, they sent photos of a completely different phone (even a different model which was covered in scratches). When eventually owned up and found my phone, they kept the same reduced value, and even when asked for proof of damage, they said "the scratches won't be visible on the photos". Surprising that!

Avoid at all costs. I had my phone returned to me and it had more scratches than when I sent it to them (although this is very difficult to prove).

I would suggest using a company with a actual store rather than these cowboys, who will inflate the initial offer, recieve your phone and bank on you not wanting it returned, despite their low revised offer.

All reviews are good for people who have purchased a phone, but mostly bad for people who have sold them, which is interesting in itself and exposes the dishonesty in their 'buisness' model.
