Just received my order today and I'm very happy with it. My items were packed carefully, so even though the box was damaged on the long journey, the items inside arrived safely.
We had some technical difficulties with communication at first, but Alan made sure to respond quickly to all emails. I was also informed of all fees upfront, so I knew what I could expect to pay. Alan kept me up to date on the progress of my order, and supplied a tracking number as soon as the parcel was shipped. It didn't take long to arrive, even during the end-of-year holidays.
