"When one is too much!"

Absolute joke of a company. In summer 23 my 18 year old daughter went on their Bohemian Europe tour. First night she was left without a bed as their ‘amazing’ booking team had overbooked the hostel leaving her bedless. The tour guide was hopeless, knowing little to nothing about the places they visited. The transfers from the hostels were fictional. Dubrovnik was removed for the tour AFTER BOOKING, then when she got back she emailed them and received a reply that was just rude and dismissive.

I’m just writing this review as she has only told me about this today. As a parent I was happy she booked this tour as it seem professional. Looks can be deceiving!

"Absolutely amazing !!"

I’ve just finished the central Europe 2 week guided group tour and it was amazing. Everything went smoothly and the activities included in each city were ace, but the tour guide Cristina was what really made it- she was amazing, such a fun and bubbly person and felt more like a part of the group rather than a separate leader. Will absolutely be doing this again but definitely in the colder months and would recommend to everyone !!

I booked an interrail package with Euroventure for a group of ten friends travelling for two weeks and it couldn't have gone better. Euroventure made it so easy for us from when we made our first enquiry to organising all our trains and really decent accommodation. I booked it all in minutes which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would recommend you to anyone.

"Boutique Hostels were lovely"

Out of all the hostels we stayed in they were all really nice and boutique. I liked how they seem to be independent and different to each other. The trains organisation was so helpful. We just followed exactly what you told us to do ib the pack and it worked fine. Directions to the hostel etc were easy and well planned out.

You're customer service and response times were impeccable! I also found it very comforting when I received a call after a trip to the hospital!

"Best Holiday i have ever been on"

I did the whole hog route in one month seeing 11 countries. They also sorted out the eurostar to paris at the start and helped me find a flight back from Rome. Really amazing customer service thanks :)

The customer service was so good. They took care of everything making the whole experience very easy. The travel pack explained everything and the hostels were all really nice.
