I ordered a hair gel that did not arrived on time as promised and not at all. I tried to contact customer service who answered me only after two days and so our expansion lasted three weeks with each time someone different opened had returned to me on WhatsApp and the whole story starts from the beginning. Eventually they evaded responsibility and did not tell me the information required to release the hair gel from the DHL as if it were a covert operation that they could not obtain on the product information they offered me to use customs services that cost money. Plus they were not willing to give me back the money i paid. I Do not recommend buying from them at all.

اشتريت منهم الواي بروتين وصلني وعلى حسب ما اعلم انه جيد .. لكن للأسف انهم لا يخبرونك عن الجمارك في البلد الذي انت تقيم فيه ...اتمنى انهم يخبروا العملاء بالسعر الحيقيقي مع اخبارهم بالجمارك كذلك حتى يكون الاعميل على علم عل يستطيع دفع المبلغ ام لا .
لانني لو علمت بسعر الجمارك لن اكمل عملية الشراء.
