"LedLenser XEO 19R"

I bought the heralded new XEO 19R and after a few uses over the last 6 months it now switches itself off continually due most likely to some internal wiring problem will update if I get a reasonable response from LedLenser. Well Ledlenser replaced the headlamp with their latest twin headlight without charge and didn't ask for the faulty one back and they both have a 7 year warranty. I think the XEO 19R has been removed from the range.

The Mh7 is what I am reviewing. I have had bad experience with some of the older models, and the customer service in Australia (Zen Imports) have been ok, but not great maybe 3 stars. However, I recently purchased the mh7 and I think it had some better qualities than the previous models that have broken in various places. At this stage, I think it is a better design. No battery clip that you need to open to charge. The old design broke many times. However, the plastic handle that opens the battery does look a little weak. The power brightness is fine (600Lum), all I need for camping or bush walking. So far the magnetic charger is working well, but it has only been a few months. If anything changes in the next year, I will do another review.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I foolishly left some poor quality batteries in my 6 year old Led Lenser P7 and one of them leaked damaging the battery cartridge and switch. I submitted an online service request for the cost of replacement parts and was advised, within 24 hours, that they would be provided free of charge. Spares received within 2 days for a torch that was out of warranty and an issue that was my fault!!! Excellent service.

Min led lenser pandelygte H7R.2 er jeg rigtig glad for den giver et godt lys men det er også det resten har været ret træls.

Efter 5 år har jeg erfaret den ikke holder i det lange løb.

Allerede efter 1 år begyndte den selv at falde i lysstyrke hele tiden. Så jeg skulle selv skrue den op på drejeknappen det kunne jeg leve med så gjorde ikke mere.

Nogle år efter begyndte den at drille med noget løs forbindelse så den blinker ind i mellem ret irriterende. Selve klappen til batteriet knækede også ret hurtigt i den øverste clips.

Trods jeg har passet meget på den og været forsigtig virker det ikke til det er en lygte der er bygget i en holdbar kvalitet der holder mange år 😩

Ladestikket er også blevet ret dårligt på den og det skumgummi der sidder i panden er begyndt at gå op i limningen.

Den er ikke brugt meget så derfor synes jeg ikke det kan passe.

Bad bad bad customer service, no answer from this piece of shi* people, have a neo10r always dimming out, the 10h of battery life they claim only lasts 5 hours, half of what they claim...

"LedLenser H14R2 weaker than advertised."

Bought LedLenser H14R2, - on HomePage said to have 850 lumen. It shows to have just 450, which LedLenser confirms on phone. Wrote an e-mail to get the purchase cancelled, but the company does not answer. Several months now.... Hard to trust this company any more... :(

Fabulous customer service. I had an issue with an MT10 it was nearly a year old, They tested it for me and exchanged it for a brand new one. How lovely to see companies who stand by their policies. Thank you so much

"Excellent torch"

Had my LEDlenser 9804 Police-Tac torch for 18 months. VERY inpressed with build quality and brightness. Bought one for my son. He's imressed as well. My torch developed a flaw...would randomly switch off. Let LEDCO know...they handle warranty in UK. They sent form, I returned torch and it was replaced within the week. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you.
