Very helpful from the first moment of contact. They instantly knew what was required, explained the procedure in simple terms, kept me updated by email. Called when they said they would and carried out the work earlier than they thought as they had a free slot. The guys who carried out the work were friendly, polite and explained again what they would do and kept me informed whilst the work was ongoing. They cleared up behind themselves and told us what to expect in terms of birds trying to return! Cannot praise this company highly enough.

Chaps very friendly, polite and looked very smartly dressed considering the ladder work was quite high and the clearance of the feral pigeons was not the most pleasant task.

Gareth from British Bird Control was friendly, helpful, and professional from the start when we first got a quote, through to when the job was done. The team who came and installed the anti-bird cage around the panels were on time (in fact they came early!), worked really fast, and we couldn't be happier with the work done. We're pigeon free! And I love the fact the work is backed up with a warranty. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent service. I received quick responses when I asked for a quote or other information. I was kept updated regarding the date/time of installation and everything went according to plan. I wasn't in for the installation and when I came home the job had been completed satisfactorily with no disturbance or mess.
