First of all let me state, I am not a gambler by nature. The only investments that have been made in the stock market were made on my behalf by my employer, I made no contributions to the 401K. When I retired I moved my 401K to my credit union in a self directed IRA that was an interest bearing savings account, not stocks or bonds. Fearing the anticipated conversion of our currency to a government required digital currency I decided to take advantage of the IRA Precious Metals rollover IRS allowance created by the previous gavernment administration.
