The company we are associated with rely on this platform to monitor the progress of the business, so when the Reputation Score falls below the required average we simply fake the reviews. We ask all our friends, customers, family...etc to deliberately leave fake reviews to boost the Reputation Score. Don't believe everything you read on Reputation as a huge percentage will be fake reviews.

We have been battling with Reputation.com to setup a survey system for our communities for over 6 months and still do not have any resolve. We work with a 3rd party who has submitted numerous tickets on our behalf as well as had several calls to complete this task and they continue to kick the can down the road. This is not only frustrating but it also has hindered business practices and their team remains unresponsive.

I have been with Reputation for almost 9 months now. The sentiment score goes down day by day and once a month, increases according to the number of reviews received in last 30 days. There is a negative disbalance that tends to take your company scooring down all the time, the system is designed to receive daily and continuous reviews, wich is impossible in the BTR sector without burning out your resources. Poor customer service and resolution, avoid whether possible.
