Dan (salesman) was very helpful and patient as I tried out many different models until I found the one that was right for me. He made the process very easy. I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. The delivery and set-up service that they use is also exceptional. They kept us informed about the dates the massage chair would be shipped, received, and delivered. They assembled the chair, made sure it worked correctly, went over the operation of the chair, and hauled away all the packaging. I am very pleased with the entire process.
