Good morning,
I am really disappointed because on my first order the jacket was too small even though the size ordered was my usual size. So I ordered a second jacket 2 sizes larger and it's still just right. I expressed my disappointment to you during my first order and no commercial gesture or return of the jacket.
Here's why I'm really disappointed.
