This company has been absolutely horrible it has cost me so much time stress and tears. I would give it negative a millions stars if I could but unfortunately I have to select at least one. I had to go to store and even after my friend ( the sender ) called them, they still didn’t clear it on my end. Then this company had the nuts to say that I took at the money 10 days later. WHICH I DID NOT! So they also steal and compulsively lie. When I called this customer “ support” number they also stated that I received the money that I have been waiting on. I told them I NEVER received it!!! I then asked where did I receive this money? What is the confirmation number ? They said that they do not provide confirmation numbers or receipts which just goes to show how much they lie and how much their lies don’t even make sense. I advise that everyone just stick to money gram and western union because these people will steal from you.

I ended up not ordering . I got an unprofessional phone call that was asking me for my credit card number because you all had changed websites - I thought it was fraud . I refused . They sent me an email link to do my order over again. This time the site asked for my drivers license number . I am not comfortable with that so I didn’t order

Paid for 2 day delivery and it wasn’t shipped out in a timely matter. It took about a week. I was only refunded $5 for the delivery charge.
