"Dominic of Fareham Wines A+"

Dominic replaced an order that the cowboy outfit APC couriers left on my doorstep the first time round. Despite paying for a signed for service APC literally abandoned the first order on my doorstep 4 FEET from the street!

Dominic replaced this promptly and with excellent communication in the interim. Sadly APC couriers left the replacemt parcel on my doorstep again despite Dominic issuing a separate instruction for them not to do so. Luckily my wife was in the garden and heard the doorbell. By the time she got to the door the driver had driven off. If she wasn't there no doubt this replacement order would also have been stolen from the doorstep.

Whilst Fareham Wine Cellar gets 5 stars. APC are hell bent on damaging Fareham Wine Cellar with their cowboy practices.
