My 7month Sorrento was constantly showing faults. Brought for service 10th January. Faults were not resolved, car has been with garage since 29th January and no resolution yet.
No feedback on problem.
Extremely frustrated, disappointed and disillusioned about a brand new vehicle from Kia.
This has left me with a very very poor opinion of J&P and KIA

Recently I had a job booked in in my Terraco, to get a sensor replaced in the rear bumper, I had mixed up the dates and was an entire week early, the lovely lady at reception agreed to hold on to the car and try fit it in during the day between jobs if she could. I received a call around 3 to say the car was done and ready. Fantastic customer service all round, very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with as always
